03 E500 Power Door Lock Will Not Lock

I have a 01 f250 4 door short box 4x4.

03 e500 power door lock will not lock.

When i press the lock unlock button on the driver side or the passinger side or the remote the locks make a normal noise like the mechanism is trying to work but nothing happens.
